WHAT IS HYBRID?
HYBRID is the perfect complement to pure strength days. Each session blends weighted strength circuits with strategic conditioning intervals. Therefore, you're building muscle and improving cardiovascular fitness within the same 45 minutes.
Unlike typical HIIT classes that leave you exhausted for days, our approach prioritises recovery. You'll work hard, but smart. Allowing you to train consistently without burnout or injury.

Each session divides evenly between weights and cardio, strength circuits first, conditioning intervals second. Both halves are programmed to work together, not against each other.

Kettlebells, boxes, rowers, barbells, and dumbbells. The variety keeps sessions engaging and ensures your body is challenged in different ways every time.

The first half of the session focuses on compound strength movements: squats, presses, hinges. Your coach sets your load and cues your form through every rep.
The second half shifts to cardiovascular conditioning: circuits, intervals, or rounds using kettlebells, rowers, and bodyweight. Intensity is coached and controlled throughout.
A structured wind-down to begin recovery and bring your heart rate down intentionally. You leave feeling accomplished, and ready to come back tomorrow.

No. Every movement has a scaled option and your coach will set the right intensity for where you are. Hybrid is designed to meet you at your current level and build from there.
HYPER is dedicated pure strength training, the entire session focuses on progressive overload and building maximum strength. HYBRID splits the session 50/50 between strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Both are coached and programmed, but they serve different training goals. Many members do both.
Two to three sessions per week is ideal for most members. If you're also doing HYPER or PILATES, your coach will help you build a schedule that balances training load and recovery properly.
At a regular gym, you're paying a fee to hire their equipment - then you're on your own. At OC, you get a coach in every session who ensures you're not only doing it right, but doing it in the most effective way for your goals.

Our pricing depends on which option is best for you. We'll discuss your goals, and recommend either our standard or premium programme based on what you need.
We run 60+ sessions weekly from 5:45am to 7:30pm. Most members train 3 times per week. You'll find times that work with your schedule.
