When Shub came to us, he was a head chef working 65 hours a week. He was exhausted, running on five or six espressos a day, dealing with acid reflux so bad he couldn't eat spicy food, and he'd recently been told he was pre-diabetic.

He wasn't unfit. He was just broken down by the system he'd built around himself. And he had no idea the fix was in his daily habits, not his willpower.

Over the following months, we worked through the OC Health House together, one pillar at a time.

  • Sleep. Paddy introduced Marco to the Oxygen Advantage and a nose strap to correct his mouth breathing. He had a deviated septum and a history of asthma. Both improved. The asthma is gone.

Absolutely. Tell us about your injuries during your initial consultation and we'll build your programme around them. Adapting movements in real time so you can train safely and make progress without setbacks.

How much does a membership at OC Health Clubs cost?

OC offers two pathways: a Group Classes membership with unlimited coached sessions per week, and a Personal Training membership with up to three personalised sessions per week. Both begin with a 28-day programme designed to build your foundation. Pricing is discussed during your free consultation so we can recommend the right option for your goals and schedule.
