That's why personal training at OC starts with an assessment, not a sales pitch. You can't build the right plan for a body you haven't measured. Your movement, your history, your old injuries and your starting numbers shape everything that comes after: your own programme, your own coach's eyes on every rep, in sessions capped at four. And if the plan we hand you is one you take away and run yourself, that's a good outcome too.
