A coach takes you through simple, everyday movement patterns and watches how your body actually moves: what's strong, what's tight, what's compensating. No fitness required, no judgement.

Evolt body scan

A 60-second scan that measures what the mirror and the scales can't: muscle mass, body composition and where you're starting from, so progress is measured against real numbers, not guesswork.

Most people who book a Body Warrant of Fitness have built a career, a business, a family, and somewhere along the way their strength slipped down the list. They don't need a boot camp or a before-and-after photo. They need to know exactly where their body is at, from someone qualified to tell them straight.

That's why personal training at OC starts with an assessment, not a sales pitch. You can't build the right plan for a body you haven't measured. Your movement, your history, your old injuries and your starting numbers shape everything that comes after: your own programme, your own coach's eyes on every rep, in sessions capped at four. And if the plan we hand you is one you take away and run yourself, that's a good outcome too.

Body Warrant of Fitness questions, answered straight.

Do I need to be fit before I come in?

No, and that's the point. The Body Warrant of Fitness measures where you are today so the plan fits your actual starting point, not an imaginary one. Nobody fails a WOF. You just find out what needs attention.

Is this just a sales pitch for a membership?

No. You pay $49, you get a full assessment and a clear plan, and both are yours to keep. If OC is the right fit for what you need next, we'll tell you what that looks like. If you'd rather take the plan and run it yourself, that's a good outcome too.

I have an old injury. Can I still do the assessment?

Yes, and please tell us about it when you book. Old injuries are one of the main reasons people get assessed before training. The movement analysis is built around what your body can do, and your plan works with your history, not against it.

Am I too old for this?

No. Most people who book a Body Warrant of Fitness are in their 40s, 50s and 60s, and strength training is more valuable at those ages, not less. Our members train well into their 60s, coached every session.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and a pair of trainers. The Evolt scan works best if you're well hydrated, so drink water beforehand and avoid a heavy meal in the hour before. Everything else is on us.

What happens after my Body Warrant of Fitness?

You leave with your results and a clear next step. For most people that's our 28-Day Programme or personal training in sessions capped at four, but the plan is shaped around you. There's no lock-in and no pressure, just an honest recommendation.
