The Beginning

OC Health Clubs was born from a simple observation: Queenstown needed something different. Not another gym focused on extreme fitness or quick fixes, but a true health club where longevity, community, and evidence-based training came first.

Founded in 2021, we set out to create a space where busy professionals, parents, and anyone seeking sustainable health could find expert guidance without the intimidation factor. We wanted to build more than a gym - we wanted to build a community.

Our Philosophy

We believe health is more than just fitness. It's about creating a strong foundation that supports everything else in your life. That's why we developed the OC Health House framework - a complete system that addresses sleep, nutrition, exercise, environment, and goal setting as interconnected pillars of wellness.

Our tagline, "It's good for you," isn't just words. It's our promise. Every decision we make, from our coaching methodology to our class design, is filtered through one question: Is this genuinely good for our members' long-term health?

Today, OC Health Clubs stands as Queenstown's premier boutique health facility. With over 400 active members, 405+ five-star reviews, and a team of expert coaches who genuinely care, we've proven that fitness doesn't have to be extreme to be effective.

As F45 and other high-intensity franchises have come and gone, we've remained steadfast in our commitment to sustainable, coached fitness. We're not the biggest gym in Queenstown - we're the one that remembers your name, celebrates your progress, and supports you through life's ups and downs.

Lead Coach & Programme Director

As Lead Coach, Paddy oversees all programming at OC Health Clubs, ensuring every workout is purposeful, progressive, and appropriate for our members' goals. His approach combines strength training expertise with a deep understanding of movement quality.
