The Walls, and How We Build Them

What you eat shapes your energy, your recovery, and how well every other part of your health holds together. In the OC Health House, Nutrition is the walls. Sleep is the foundation underneath, Exercise is the roof above, and if the walls are not doing their job, the whole structure feels the strain.

We do not ask members to overhaul their eating overnight. One habit, built with awareness: the 3-Day Food Journal. Two weekdays and one weekend day, writing down everything you eat and drink, no restriction, no judgement. It is the first nutrition habit every member builds in week three of the 28-Day Programme, and it stays running for the rest of their time with us.
