Over the last ten years, I have been fortunate enough to work as a Personal Trainer with literally thousands of people across over 80 different countries. I specialise in improving peoples Posture through Mobility and Stability, and in-turn aim to correct medium to long term injuries and poor movement patterns.

I especially enjoy helping my clients reach their ideal physiques and create long-lasting lifestyle habits, so your results last long term (long after the short term motivation has passed).

A personal trainer is much more than someone who runs a physical weights sessions looking to add muscle or burn excess unwanted weight.

Having learnt and continue to be learning from expert leaders in the industry its my passion to help people move more efficiently, which in turn helps them outside of the gym having confidence and vitality.

We will look at the big picture and create as big of an impact in our sessions for you to go and conquer your day while creating a ripple like effect within your own community.

Being healthy and happy is not to be reached once, we have the potential to be both for life….what a way to live.

I believe we should move our bodies in a way that gives us joy, focusing on the whole benefits of working out and not just the aesthetic side. This translates outside of the gym too where I see life being about happiness and enjoyment which stems from having a body and mind that is working for you not against you.

With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and gym instructor in the UK, I bring a wealth of knowledge, energy, and passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. My approach focuses on optimising movement, improving technique, and building strength with a strong emphasis on body awareness and injury prevention.

As a qualified personal trainer, sports massage therapist, and strength & conditioning coach, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from those looking to improve body composition and build muscle to those simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident in their own bodies. Whether you’re training 1:1 or in a group session, I’m here to provide the structure, guidance, and motivation to help you move better, feel better, and thrive.

JACOB McVEIGH

As someone who has loved exercising from a young age, I have developed a strong passion for improving myself & being healthy.

Recently my focus has shifted to enhancing our exercise time to be more applicable to real-life activities. Mobility and Strength play a huge role in our quality of life, add an extreme sport like skiing or an ageing body/active lifestyle to the mix, and they become essential.

Completing my studies abroad I continue to further my education by learning from leading Personal Trainers & Physiotherapists in the industry. With a ranging demographic and fitness levels, I pride myself on coaching all walks of life to reach for the best versions of themselves. Helping people bridge the gap between physical health and mental health, encouraging those to try a lifestyle out they may have never thought possible. And in return, gain self-confidence and pride for what they have achieved and the person they have become.

Pilates started as a daily ritual for me, and I quickly fell in love with the movement, mind-body connection, and the strength it built—physically and mentally. Now, I’m obsessed and love sharing that passion with others!

My classes are fun, dynamic, and never the same twice. I love creating new flows that keep things fresh, challenging, and enjoyable. Whether it’s a deep burn with a magic ring or a feel-good stretch, you’ll leave feeling stronger and energised.

Matt’s yoga journey began later in life, but it quickly became a transformative and essential part of his path. His passion for the practice deepened through dedicated training, expanding his understanding of yoga and inspiring him to share its benefits with others.

Matt’s teaching style reflects his serene nature and dedication to creating a space where students can connect deeply with themselves. His classes focus on calmness, a gentle pace, and slow, mindful movement, with a strong emphasis on breath, alignment, and intuitive flow. He invites students to move in harmony with their bodies, fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness.
