Personal coachingbuilt around your goals and responsibilities
Your business deserves the best of you.
You are your business’s most valuable asset.
Your judgement, energy and ability to lead shape what happens next. You invest in your team, your systems and your strategy. Your health deserves that same attention.
Think about the version of yourself you want to bring to an important day: clear-headed, energetic, patient and able to step back before making a decision.
Then think about a day when you feel under-rested and out of sorts. It can feel harder to concentrate, easier to lose patience and more tempting to react to whatever lands in front of you.
Looking after yourself is part of looking after the business you’re building.
- Clearer thinking when it counts.Give yourself the conditions for focused work and considered decisions.
- Energy for your priorities.Build routines that support the responsibilities you choose to take on.
- Patience for the people around you.Make room to pause, listen and respond with intention.
- More to give beyond work.Have the strength and energy for your family, your interests and the freedom you’re building.
Build your health from the foundations up.
The OC Health House brings sleep, nutrition, training and habits together into a practical structure. We look at where you are now, what you want to be capable of and which changes deserve your attention first.
A health plan that understands ambition.
You have things you want to achieve. Coaching starts with understanding them, alongside your responsibilities, your current health and how you spend your time. Together, we build a plan you can put into practice, review what is working and adjust where needed.
- Health House assessmentA clear look at your sleep, energy, training, nutrition and routine.
- Personal training planStrength and movement work suited to your body, equipment and schedule.
- Sleep and recovery reviewPractical changes to support a more consistent recovery routine.
- Nutrition structureAn approach to food that works with your preferences and daily life.
- Weekly coaching check-inDedicated time to review progress, solve problems and agree on your next priorities.
- Real-life adjustmentsAdjustments through travel, family commitments and changing business demands.
The last thing your business needs is for you to burn out.
When so much depends on you, your health deserves attention before you reach a breaking point. Giving everything to the business needs to include looking after the person leading it.
What can burnout feel like?
Burnout can develop when ongoing work stress is not successfully managed. It can leave you exhausted, more distant or cynical about your work, and feeling less effective at things you used to handle well.
You might recognise a shift from feeling naturally driven to having to talk yourself into getting started. Work you once cared about can feel like something you have to push through.
Waking unrefreshed or feeling persistently run down also deserves attention. If you keep getting sick, have lingering flu-like symptoms or unexplained fatigue, speak with your GP. These symptoms can have other causes and should not automatically be put down to burnout.
If it’s already happened, it’s okay to change direction.
Burnout can be a difficult experience. It can also give you information about what needs to change. Treat it as a data point: what was happening, which signals did you notice, and what do you want to handle differently?
Your ambition still matters. We’ll use what you’ve learned to build health routines that support how you want to move forward.
Why I coach founders.
Over 17 years as a coach, I’ve worked with thousands of people across 90 different countries, from everyday battlers to professional athletes, CEOs, billionaires and Saudi royalty.
I’ve worked with people across the full spectrum. The group I enjoy coaching most is founders. They’re the people I want to invest my time and energy in because I resonate with them the most.
People with ideas they want to grow, businesses they believe in and a desire to make a positive difference in the world.
I understand that drive. Building OC Health Clubs has also taught me how easily looking after yourself can slip down the list when you care deeply about what you’re creating.
One of the biggest risks for founders is putting their health off until they’ve made it. You can reach the success you worked for, then find yourself spending the wealth you created trying to get your health back.
I want to help you look after your health as you build, so you have the energy to pursue your ideas and enjoy the journey while you’re living it.
Life is better when you feel better.
For founders who want their health to support their ambitions.
We start with what matters to you, then build the health routines to support it.
- You want more energy and focus for your business and life.
- You want to feel stronger and more physically capable.
- Your current health routines no longer fit the way you live.
- You’ve experienced burnout and want to learn from it.
- You’re ready to give your own health consistent attention.
Start with a conversation.
Tell me what you want to achieve. We’ll work out the next step together.
Apply for coaching
Tell me what you’re working towards and where you’d like support.
Talk it through
We’ll discuss your health, goals and whether coaching together makes sense.
Build the plan
If we’re a good fit, we’ll agree on your priorities and begin your coaching programme.
A few things you might be wondering.
Do I need to be burnt out to benefit?
No. You might feel ambitious and capable, and want your health to support what comes next. You might also have experienced burnout and want to change the routines around it. We start with where you are now.
Is this just a personal training programme?
Training is one part of the coaching. We also look at sleep, nutrition and habits, with weekly check-ins to review progress and adjust your plan.
Will I have to spend hours in the gym?
We build the training plan around your goals, starting point and available time. We’ll discuss what you can realistically commit to before agreeing on a plan.
What if my work or travel schedule changes?
We review the plan as your circumstances change. Travel, family commitments and shifts in business demands are part of what we plan around.
What if I’ve already experienced burnout?
We can work on your health routines and what you want to do differently. If you need support beyond health coaching, we’ll discuss that as part of deciding whether this is the right fit. Coaching does not replace medical or mental health care.
What happens after I apply?
I’ll personally review your answers and get back to you about the next step. We begin with a conversation about your goals and whether coaching together makes sense.
What would better health make possible for you?
Tell me about your business, your health and what you’d like to achieve or enjoy. I’ll personally review your application and get back to you about the next step.
The first step is a conversation to understand your goals and decide whether we’re a good fit.
If the form does not load, open the coaching application.
